Delete your account

ORIZN Sober is run by ORIZN LTD (formerly SoberStreak AI Ltd).
You can delete your ORIZN Sober account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app
Go to Profile › Settings › Account › Delete Account. Before anything is deleted, you choose what happens to your Community posts.
By email
Email hello@soberstreak.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will reply to confirm.
What is deleted
Your account and everything in it: your recoveries and streak history, journal, urge log, Companion conversations, profile photo and Community profile. Everything is deleted within 30 days.
Your Community posts
You choose. Either your posts, replies, photos and messages are deleted for everyone, or your posts and replies stay with your name removed: no name, photo or profile attached, and anything you wrote in the text itself stays as written. Your messages, photos, follows and reactions are deleted either way.
What we keep
If a post of yours was reported or moderated, a copy of what was written is kept with that decision, without your name, so it can be reviewed. Daily totals of crisis-screen opens contain nothing that identifies you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store account settings, in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions, or from Your subscription in the app if you bought on the web.
